  • I'd like to make a reservation before 9:00.
    For reservations made before business hours, we will charge the following fees.   • Did you make a duplicate reservation? What should I do?
    Please contact us by email or phone so that we can cancel the reservation that was entered by mistake.
  • I booked twice by mistake.
    Please cancel your reservation from the reservation confirmation page.
  • Is it possible to make a reservation by phone?
    We basically ask you to make a reservation on the WEB except for the use on the day.
  • Should I pay immediately after making a reservation?
    Only those who reserve a plan for a group of 5 or more people will be charged the full amount online one week before the reservation date.
  • Is there an age limit for reservations?
    Parental consent is required for bookings for children 12 years and older.
  • Consent to terms of use
    Regardless of whether you make a reservation online or by phone, we will assume that you have agreed to the terms of use.
  • What time is the reception open?
    It is usually until 15:30, but please check the availability on the reservation form. Depending on how busy we are, we may not be able to accept your requested time.
  • Can men wear women's kimonos and women wear men's kimonos?
    Of course you can. If a man wears a women's kimono, the women's kimono fee will be charged, and if a woman wears a men's kimono, the men's kimono fee will be charged.
  • Are Nagoya obis and Fukuro obis available?
    Available. Separate fee: 3,000 yen (tax included) is charged.
  • Is the student discount plan available to overseas students? Do I need a student ID card?
    Available. If you have a student ID card, you can use the kimono hair set student discount plan regardless of country or age.
  • Is it possible to change the plan on the day?
    You can change the plan even on the day.
  • Please tell me when you can rent kimonos and yukatas.
    There are some fluctuations depending on the temperature, but you can rent a kimono from October to June and a yukata from July to September. *Out of season products are not available in the store, so please contact us in advance if you would like them.
  • What happens to the order of dressing if I am late?
    We may respond after the next customer.
  • What time do you return the kimono?
    If you make a reservation in the morning, you can return it by 17:00, and if you make a reservation in the afternoon, you can return it by 17:30. A late fee will be charged if you are late for the final return time of 17:30.
  • What happens if I don't return it on time?
    ◎Arrears charges for late return (with advance notice) are as follows. ・1,000 yen (tax included) per 10 minutes per person ・Delayed return without notice is 5,000 yen (tax included) regardless of return time ・Return the next day without notice: 10,000 yen (tax included) ・If you are allowed to wear the next day, it will be 3,000 yen, 5,000 yen, 8,000 yen including tax, depending on the plan. *Payment of late fees, etc. can only be made in cash. If we are unable to contact you and do not return, we may close the store.
  • Do you support next day return?
    Available. Yukata and kimono +1,500 yen, drum belt, hakama, Homongi, furisode +2,500 yen, return option available before 12:00 the next day. Customers using the next day return option will be required to pay a separate security deposit of 10,000 yen (including tax) for each person. Please prepare the security deposit in advance. Regarding the above deposit, we will return it if there are no problems such as dirt, damage, or shortage when returning the kimono. Thank you for your understanding.
  • I would like to change the number of people. Is it possible?
    It is possible. Please contact us by 10:00 the day before your reservation. If we do not hear from you, we may ask you to pay the rental fee for the customer who did not rent.
  • Can I cancel?
    Please contact us by phone or email by 10:00 the day before the day of use.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Please send us an email (sakura1wafuku@gmail.com) by 10:00 the day before, with your name, date and time of reservation, number of people, and cancellation. If you cancel after 10:00 the day before, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the plan fee. What if I want to cancel? You can cancel the kimono rental by yourself from the reservation confirmation page on the website.
  • I'm tall (short), do you have a kimono that fits me?
    Adult height is about 150cm to 175cm for adult women and about 160cm to 185cm for adult men. If you are tall, depending on the kimono you choose, the dress may be shorter or the hem may be shorter.
  • What happens if the rented kimono gets dirty?
    We recommend that you subscribe to the 500 yen safety pack to reduce the burden in the event that your kimono gets dirty during meals, or if your kimono gets dirty. Applies to kimonos, obis, obi cords, long undergarments, sandals, tabi socks, accessory cases, and other kimono-related accessories. If you know the cause of the dirt, such as the type of food, please tell the staff when you return it.
  • Will I have to pay if the rented kimono or yukata gets really dirty?
    We will charge 5,000 yen if we find dirt over 3 cm.
  • What should I do if the rented kimono or accessories are damaged or lost?
    The security pack cannot be applied in the following cases, and the full amount will be charged. (1) Marked dirt or damage intentionally caused. ②In case of loss ③If the product cannot be repaired. ④When repair is necessary
  • I would like to purchase the kimono I wore, is that possible?
    Kimono can be sold depending on the item.
  • Is it possible to reserve the kimono?
    We do not reserve items. Please choose according to the order of arrival.
  • How long does it take for dressing and hair setting?
    It depends on the individual and the kimono plan, but 5 minutes for choosing a kimono, 15 minutes for dressing, and 15 minutes for hair styling. Holidays and event seasons are crowded, so we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
  • Do women wear the kimono?
    A woman will dress you.
  • Can you keep the clothes that I changed into?
    We will keep your belongings safe except valuables.
  • Do you have anything to prepare?
    We have prepared everything you need, so please feel free to visit us empty-handed. In the winter, it is recommended to wear a heat tech-like inner with a deep neckline and leggings to protect against the cold.
  • Is it possible to wear kimono during pregnancy?
    No.
  • Can I choose a hairstyle?
    Choose your favorite hairstyle from the hair catalog. According to the customer's request, a more gorgeous and gorgeous hairstyle is also available, although it is an option.
  • Can I borrow your hair ornament?
    Customers who have booked a hair set in advance can borrow hair ornaments free of charge. Customers without hair sets can also rent for +500 yen (tax included).
  • Can I use the hair ornaments I brought for my hair arrangement?
    I'm sorry, but in order to avoid problems such as damage and stains, we do not allow you to bring your own items.
  • I have a plan without hair set, but can you do a little hair set?
    No, not at all. We do not allow you to set your own hair in the store. Please prepare at home.
  • Can I use the items in the store when undoing the hair set when returning it?
    Dressers, hot curlers, irons, etc. cannot be borrowed when returning.
  • Terms of Service

  • Can you put on your makeup?
    We do not provide makeup services. Please arrive with your makeup done.
  • Can I rent a car even on rainy days?
    Yes! You can rent it. Don't worry, the kimono is safe even if it gets wet in the rain.
  • Can I use a credit card?
    In order to eliminate the burden of fees and allow customers to rent kimonos at a reasonable price, we only accept cash payments. Thank you for your understanding.
  • What happens to forgotten items?
    If you can contact us by email, we will look for it. We will keep it for 2 weeks after discovering it. Please come to the store directly to pick it up. For trouble prevention, we do not deliver. Thank you for your understanding If you do not contact us after that period, we will dispose of it. (Raw items, masks, socks, handkerchiefs, etc. will be disposed of on the same day)
  • Is it possible to accommodate foreigners?
    It is possible. English and Chinese are available during business hours except for staff holidays.
  • I am old, can I still use it?
    Available. There are also three generations of the family using it.
  • Is it possible to check in large luggage such as carry cases and strollers?
    We can keep it for +500 yen to +1,000 yen (varies depending on the season). Other luggage can be stored free of charge if it fits in the luggage bag. Any luggage that does not fit in the luggage bag will be charged.
  • Where do people who rent kimonos and yukatas often go?
    There are many customers who go sightseeing around Asakusa, various appreciation, cherry blossom viewing, cafes, Disneyland, fireworks displays, and summer festivals.
  • Can I bring my pet with me?
    Sorry, but please refrain from bringing pets.
  • Do you have a waiting room?
    We do not have a waiting room, so customers who do not rent kimonos cannot wait in the store. I'm sorry to trouble you, but please come pick me up when it's finished.
  • I'm worried about the weather on the day...
    You can rent a kimono (yukata) even if it rains. It will be a picture of a beautiful woman in a rain kimono with a transparent vinyl umbrella and other atmosphere. You can also change to a studio shooting plan (without going out) without changing the plan fee. We will take a picture with the customer's smartphone with a nice background in the store. You can enjoy wearing a kimono or yukata without changing your schedule.
  • How is personal information managed?
